Guild Code of Conduct

First of all let me say that this guild has got members of all ages which means we want everyone to enjoy their time playing! Therefore we require you to have a mature attitude. We want players that are not afraid to wipe! Who constantly seek challenges and are eager to learn new boss encounters. We want players that are committed to helping this guild progress and feel like they can contribute with something to our guild community!

Guild Rules

  • Players must not spam guild chat or use offensive language.
  • Any problems with another guild member should be brought forward to either a GM or an officer without to being brought onto the guild chat channel.
  • All players need help with instances or gear, so if you can help in any way please do (It may be you who needs help one day). If you can help with mats it would be greatly appreciated.
  • No Pugging Raids that are normally scheduled for the guild and not cleared. This includes all Naxx raids, VoA and OS. (It is normally ok to Pug Heroic VoA or OS only after 10 man is cleared, check with an officer).

Raiding Rules

  • All players must be fully enchanted/gemmed. We do have enchanters and Jc's in guild that dont expect payment and will help out with mats wherever possible.
  • All required AddOns must be loaded before the raid.
  • You must be fully repaired and bring the correct Flasks/Potions/Food and Regeants with you to each raid.
  • You must know all the boss encounters prior to raiding. Websites exist to help you prepare, e.g. TankSpot.
  • All players must be fully prepared to stay the full duration of the raid, if you do not feel comfortable with the raid schedule then please do not accept the invitation.
  • Invites for raids will start 15 minutes prior to the raid begining (If you are going to be late you must inform the Raid Leader, or an online officer as soon as possible).
  • Players must not spam raid chat or use offensive language in anyway this includes the /s channel. Any person who does so may result in being removed from the raid.
  • No linking of DPS meters unless requested by Raid Leader.
  • If you have an issue with another raid member or with the raid then please speak to the Raid Leader before or after the raid.
  • You must be aware of the Loot distribution and Priority System. Please see the forums for information on this. This system is strictly enforced.
  • When loot is being handed out please whisper the loot master when told to do so for that item, any whispers before this may result in you being overlooked.
  • While in a raid, players who fail to perform to a noticeable standard could result in the Raid Leader replacing them prior to calling the raid.
  • Any players who feel that their internet connection is not running smoothly which may result in raid difficulties should inform the Raid Leader prior to the raid time.
  • I would also like to point out that an accept from you on the calandar is not a confirmation that you have a guaranteed spot in the raid, you should check the calandar regualry to see what your status is.
  • Raid invites are given to players deemed Raid Ready by an officer. Players not flagged as Raid Ready must talk to an officer. We normally require players to undertake a test-run or a DPS test before being added to the list. For further details see the Raid Readyness thread in the forums.

Penalties will now be introduced for those who do not turn up for a raid but have accepted the invite, and for those who are late for a raid (without informing the Raid leader), Players who leave during the raid without a replacement, if you are not fully repaired and have flasks, food etc with you and any other offence at the discretion of the Raid Leader/GM or an Officer.

Penalties are as follows :-

  • First offence - Warning
  • Second offence - EP reduction equal to the amount gained in a scheduled raid
  • Final offence - Your status within the guild is discussed

EP will also be rewarded to those who do raid, who are online in time for the raid to begin, those who help farm mats for flasks, pots etc for the guild bank and to those who respec for a raid (only if this is not your main spec).

Please see the Loot Distribution and EPGP section in the forums for more details.

Please note:- All members are required to adhere to these rules and suggest you use common sense and show maturity when raiding with other guilds, although we understand that these rules do not apply our partner guild TM for naxx 25 runs, I assure you that our Raid Leader has full communtication with TM's Guild master so any problem will not be dealt with lightly from both guilds.

Thank you for taking the time to read this Code of Conduct, any suggestions will be appeciated
